All-on-4 Full Arch
A complete arch of fixed, non-removable teeth supported by as few as four implants — often fitted the same day as surgery. For people missing most or all of their teeth, or facing the loss of failing teeth.

Four implants. A full set of fixed teeth.
All-on-4 (also called All-on-X or full-arch implants) replaces the entire upper or lower set of teeth with a fixed bridge anchored on 4–6 dental implants. The rear implants are placed at a calculated angle, which anchors them in the densest available bone — meaning many patients avoid bone grafting entirely, even after years of wearing dentures.
Because the bridge is fixed to implants, it doesn't move, doesn't come out at night, and doesn't rely on suction or adhesives. You bite, chew and speak with confidence — and in most cases, a fixed provisional bridge is attached on the day of surgery, so you never go without teeth.
This is the flagship treatment at The Implant Standard, planned with CBCT 3D imaging and led by Dr Hyun Soo Yu (MSc Implantology, FICOI).
Is All-on-4 right for you?
- Most or all teeth missing in the upper or lower arch — or both.
- Failing teeth from advanced decay or gum disease, headed for extraction.
- Loose or frustrating dentures that move, hurt or limit what you eat.
- Told you lack bone for implants — angled placement often makes All-on-4 possible without grafting.
- Wanting a fixed, permanent result rather than something removable.
From failing teeth to fixed teeth.
Free consultation & CBCT scan
3D imaging maps your bone and confirms whether All-on-4 suits you — including if you've previously been told you lack bone.
Digital smile design
Your new teeth are designed first: shape, shade and bite. The implant positions are then planned around that final result.
Surgery day
Any failing teeth are removed and 4–6 implants placed in one visit — under sedation or general anaesthesia if you choose. In most cases your fixed provisional bridge is attached the same day.
Healing period
Over roughly 3–6 months the implants fuse with your bone while you eat a modified diet on your provisional teeth.
Final bridge fitted
Your definitive, precision-milled bridge replaces the provisional — stronger, refined and built for everyday life.
Maintenance for life
Simple home care plus regular professional maintenance visits keep your new teeth in top condition.
